I worked with Frank while I was a court officer in General Sessions Division 1.
I appreciated Frank's friendship, his assistance in many areas, and the example he set for others.
May God bless and keep you my friend, you will not be forgotten.

Frank was my supervisor at the Sheriff's Office back in the day. He taught me a lot of things there and we became good friends on and off the job. He is one hilarious person to be around and can enlighten any situation. I use to see him out and about on the West Side a lot. Frank, my buddy ,thanks for all the good times..........to the family my deepest sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am a Lipscomb high school graduate (1958) who competed against Frank in basketball and track (high jump) in high school. Other Ryan basketballers were Vic Karabasz ('57), on the Vanderbilt track team with me, and Hosey Holzapfel ( '58); we shared a Nashville high schoolers' trip to the Smokies in summer 1957. I developed respect for Ryan and friendship with Ryan students, especially Frank. I hope his children and grandchildren treasure his memory; I certainly do.

Frank was a great friend. Softball, chili cook offs, seemed like we did it all. I will miss him and his sense of humor, but will remember our time together always. Wish the very best to his family, he was a wonderful gentleman.
