Funeral services were conducted Monday July 31, 2017 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Hill and Bro. Dennis Baker officiating. Those desiring memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mr. J.C. McCutchen, age 77 of White Bluff, TN died Friday July 28, 2017. Born in White Bluff, TN he was the son of the late Cam and Jewell Spicer McCutchen and was preceded in death by his great grandson, Wyatt Morgan. J.C. worked as a Carpenter for 40 years and worked 13 years with the City of White Bluff Street Department. His hobby was working until retirement at age 77 and he loved having a big garden to share with others. He was a member and an Elder of the Burns Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Carolyn Steward McCutchen of White Bluff, TN; children, Wanda Hayes (Paul) of Charlotte, TN, Jama Ann McCutchen of White Bluff, TN, Jeff McCutchen (Sheryl) of Fairview, TN; sister, Joyce Caruthers (Rev. Marion Caruthers) of Rockvale, TN; 4 grandchildren, Danielle Morgan (Brad), Tonia Eades (Joseph), Justin McCutchen (Chelsie), Kyle McCutchen & his fiancée Brittany; 4 great grandchildren, Joe Eades, Audrey Eades, Addy McCutchen, Sadie Morgan.
