John E. "Johnnie" BREEDEN

BREEDEN, John E. "Johnnie"Age 80 of Brentwood, TN. March 30, 2012. Preceded in death by his son, Kyle Breeden; and parents, Philip & Mary Breeden. He was a member of Crieve Hall Church of Christ. After 40 years, Dr. Breeden retired as Professor of Biology at David Lipscomb University and John A. Gupton College. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Orene Brooks Breeden; daughter, Michele Breeden; son, Keith (Kristie) Breeden; grandchildren, Blake & Grayson Breeden; and sister, Faye (Jimmy) Baldwin. Visitation will be Sunday, April 1, 2012, from 1-5 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, HICKORY CHAPEL, 5852 Nolensville Road and Monday from 9-10 a.m. at the church. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 2, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Crieve Hall Church of Christ, 4806 Trousdale Dr., by Tom Holland, Bill Watkins & Wavell Stewart. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Erin, TN.
