Died December 3, 2016 at her home at the age of 55. Kay will long be remembered by those who knew and loved for her outgoing and bubbly personality. She was a native of Nashville, Tennessee. Kay attended Parmer Elementary, and is a graduate of the Harpeth Hall School and of Vanderbilt University. She was a member of The SAP Club in high school and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority at Vanderbilt.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Margaret "Margo" Macy Tupper, Reece Lillard Macey, James S. Tupper, Robert Gilmer Graham, Agnes Corlette Graham, brother, Jimmy Graham; aunt, Anne Graham Lee and uncle Overton Lea.

Kay is survived by her parents, Robert G. "Bob" and Katherine "Bebe" Graham of Fort Payne, Alabama; her brother, Robert G. "Gil" Graham, III (wife Michelle) also of Fort Payne; her uncle, John Witherspoon Macey of Nashville, and aunt Janie Capps Macy of Nashville; her cousins, Mari Margaret Clausen (husband Claus) of Bad Kreuznach, Germany, John W. Macey Jr. "Jody" (wife Cheryl) of Nashville; Overton Lea, Jr., of White House, TN; Randal McGavock Lea (wife Tricia), Graham Lee Jackson (husband Bob) of Cody, WY; her nephews Robbie and Briggs Graham; and her cousins: Hannah and Tobias Clausen; Walton, Jake, and Margo Macey; Warner Lea-Case, Jackson Case, Elias Case, Katherine Lea and Luke Lea.

Kay is also survived by her long-time companion and partner, Mark Barnett.

Funeral service will be held at the Chapel of First Presbyterian Church on Franklin Rd., on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that contributions be made to Harpeth Hall School.

Kay , beautiful girl, triumphant soul. My dear childhood friend who taught me so much about life and about myself.
