Charles (Beverly); nine nephews; eleven nieces; a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Family visitation Monday, April 13, 2009, 11 a.m. - 12 Noon, Claiborne Family of Faith Worship Center (formerly Claiborne St.), 81 Claiborne St., funeral to follow with Rev. Im so sorry bout the lost of uncle bobby he was married to my aunt an we didnt know that he passed away until the day after the funeral. Bettie Brooks is my grandmother an i knw wat you may be going thru cus i lost my moma REE-TEE so my heart goes out to the family

I was so sorry to read that Mr Elam had passed away. I worked with Mr Elam many, many years ago at the Nashville Convention Center. He was always such a sweet kind man, with a wonderful twinkle in his eyes when he smiled. He always called me Dawnie..
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I will always miss Uncle Bobby. He was a good person who took care everything he had to do in life. He's a great inspiration for me and my family. I love you Uncle Bobby.
