Russell Carl Westhoff

Bon Aqua - Mr. Russell Carl Westhoff, age 77 of Bon Aqua, passed away April 21, 2019 at Tri-Star Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. Born February 23, 1942 to Paul Ivan and Icle Westhoff in Ottumwa, Iowa, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Survivors include: sons Rusty Westhoff and wife Michelle (of Thompson Station) and Paul Westhoff of Chicago; daughter Carla Westhoff of California; brother Ronald Francis Westhoff of Pensacola; grandchildren Rebecca Christine and Jonathan David Westhoff. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jean Emma Westhoff, son Christopher Ray Thompson, and sister Helen Louise Shoemaker.

Burial with full military honors was Tuesday, April 30th, at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.

Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.

We Class of 1960 created a lot of fun memories during our high school years, & then went our separate way's. It seems I'm losing a lot of friends & relatives way to soon in their life journey, however it's only one step in many we hope. "When you're at wits end, that's where God lives"
