Survived by children, Treondice, Corey; brothers, Angelo, Antonio Hazelitt, Titus Moore; sisters, Debora Moore, Wanda (Daniel) White, Monica Moore; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Public viewing Friday, November 8th, 1-6 p.m. Family visitation Saturday, November 9th, 11-12 p.m., Greater St. John M.B.C., 2200 26th Ave. N. Funeral service to follow. Pastor Herbert T. Brown, Eulogist. Interment Greenwood North.
