Franklin, TN
Mr. Thomas David Rhodes, age 53 of Franklin, TN passed away unexpectedly March 4, 2016 from a heart disease.
He was a Sales Manager with Autotrader. He was full of life with a kind spirit. His death was untimely and he will be missed dearly by many.
Survived by wife, Janet Rhodes; sons, Maxwell Rhodes & Zachary Rhodes; parents, Dan & Rosemary Rhodes; sisters, Marianne (Jeff) Atkins, Anita (Jim) Ramsay & Melinda (Mark) Pachtner; father in-law, Robert Copenhefer; sister in-law, Nancy Smith; several nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
Funeral services will be held 5:00PM Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be AthletIQ Performance Gym Friends. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Vanderbilt Monroe Carroll of Williamson Medical Center. Visitation will be 2-5PM Wednesday at Williamson Memorial.

Janet, You will not remember me, but I am a retired ReyRey employee who worked with Tom. Your Dad brought me into sales over 30 years ago. I worked with Tom for many years and thought highly of him. My wife and I were saddened and shocked to hear of Tom's passing. I know he will be greatly missed. We will keep you in our prayers.

Mr and Mrs Rhodes and family, I'm so very sorry for your loss. Hearing of Toms passing saddened me deeply. I can still vividly remember times of playing football on the playground at Immaculate Conception and serving as Alter Boys together more times than I can imagine. I've not seen Tom since graduation but have only realized thru his passing that he lived in Franklin, TN. How I wish I'd known that, as we pass thru there a few times a year on our way back to Ohio for family visits. Unfortunately this are things we learn during times like This. May he Rest in Peace.

Mr and Mrs Rhodes and family, I'm so sorry to hear about Toms passing. It saddens me deeply and to think I pass thru Franklin, TN a couple times a year on our way to Ohio to visit family. How I wish I'd known he lived there but unfortunately it's times like this when we discover things we hoped we had known before. My condolences to the entire Rhodes family. Tom was a great guy and we actually reconnected as colleagues at Auto Trader.com and Cox Automotive. He always bragged about his wife, children and parents. We always had a great time reminiscing about growing up in Ravenna. He will be sorely missed by me personally and all the employees at Cox Automotive.

Such sad news! I was always very fond of Tom. We often crossed passed when while I was living in Nashville although at that time we were not co-workers. In September 2014 we became team members and I spoke to Tom about more often. RIP my friend!
