Gladys Cone Obituary

Gladys Mullen Cone, 95, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025. She was born November 7, 1929 to the late Ollie Vance Mullen and Clellie Powell Mullen. Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Steve Mullen, Earl Mullen, Frances Mullen Williams, Charles Mullen, and Harold Mullen, and her husband Braxton Bourbon Cone.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Sandra Meybohm and husband Bobby Meybohm and Loria Cone; grandchildren, Andy Cady and Beth Harris; great-grandchildren, Dylan Rambeaut and Drew Cady; sister, Barbara Padgett.

A graveside service was held Friday, May 23, 2025 at 11:00 am with Pastor Dougald McLaurin officiating at Oakdale Cemetery.
