David Mattison Obituary

WAYNE, NY.; David B. Mattison, 57, passed away on Thursday August 9, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Bath, NY on December 9, 1960 the son of the late L. Bruce Mattison and Alice Silliman Mattison.

He received an Associates Degree from Alfred State College.

David worked at Ira Davenport Hospital for 18 years as a Medical Technician.

David married Spring Vanderbush on October 6, 2001.

He loved playing Horseshoes and won the State Championship. He was very proud of his garden and yard.

He was predeceased by his parents, a sister Kathleen and brother-in-law Michael Smith.

He is survived by his loving wife Spring Mattison of Wayne, NY., sisters Cheryl (Charles) Soles of Alexander, Lorraine (Daniel) Levesque of Bath, NY., Penny Smith of Bath, NY., and several nieces and nephews.

His request was to have no services.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in David's memory to the Finger Lakes SPCA 72 Cameron Street Bath, New York 14810 or aspca.org/donate.

Arrangements are being handled by Bond-Davis Funeral Home of Bath.
