Betty Montemarano Obituary

Betty Jo Holland Montemarano, 77, passed away October 17, 2025. She was born February 7, 1948 to the late Joseph W. and Lea A. Holland. Betty was surrounded by her loving husband and son's. She loved being a homemaker. Betty had many hobbies including, gardening, shopping, and her dogs, most of all she loved her family. She was born and raised in Wilson, NC to a large family of eight brothers and sisters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry W. and Joe Henry Holland; father and mother-in law, Frank Louis Sr. and Alice Montemarano.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Frank Louis Montemarano, Jr.; son's Joseph Anthony "Tony" (Pam) and Timothy Wade "Timmy "Montemarano (Barbara); one grandson "the apple of her eye" Wade Charles Montemarano, all of New York.; brothers and sisters Mary H. Sharpe, William "Buddy" R. Holland, Lynda Jo H. Farmer, Janie Holland, and Sheila H. Stone; brother and sisters-in-law, Robert Montemarano (Barbara), Karen Montemarano; several nieces and nephews that she adored.
