My heart was saddened to hear of the transition of Mr. Williams . He was a wonderful neighborhood and always greeted me with a smile . He had such a beautiful personality . To Mrs. Williams , Joey, Tina and Dana may God strengthen and comfort you all.

We will forever cherish the wonderful memories of Mr. Joe and our Husband, Father Carl Blair hanging together going to Quartet programs. They were the best of Friends. We, The Blair Family send our sincere condolences to the Family.
