Romaine Lamm Obituary
The family will receive friends after the service on Friday, November 28, 2025. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 11:00am at the Marsh Swamp Original Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, 6504 Rock Ridge School Rd, Sims, NC.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a hairdresser for 60 years and loved her clients dearly. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Wilson, NC.
Romaine is survived by her sons, Ronald Hugh Lamm and wife Donna of Sims, and David Bryan Lamm and wife Cindy of Sims; grandson, Tyler Hugh Lamm and wife Elizabeth of Sims; granddaughters, Rebecca Rose Lee and husband Zeth of Sims, Hayley Brooke Lamm of Wilson, and Reagan Elizabeth Lamm of Sims; great-grandchildren, Weston James Lamm, Lyla Anna Rose Lamm, and Cheyenne Rose Lamm; sisters, Peggy Parks and husband Joseph of Wilson, Betsy M. Pierce Of Windsor.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Ronnie Kay Lamm, her sister Betty Lou "Kit" Smith, her brothers, James Ransom Mercer, Pealon "Wink" Mercer, and C.H. Mercer.
