Lafayette LA: Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 9:30AM at Spirit of Liberty Church in Lafayette, LA. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Dwayne leaves to cherish his memories, his mother; Roxanne Taylor of Lafayette, LA., his father's; Ronald Anthony Edwards and Dwayne Batiste Sr. of Lafayette LA., his children; Da`Qwaylen and Da`Shaylen Batiste, Halle Redd Batiste of Lafayette La., brothers; Ronald Gotch, Jayden Batiste, Rontravion Thibodeaux of Lafayette LA., sisters; Ron`Nalaecia Edwards, Ra`Kayla Felix, Sw`Kea Sam, Lexxus Gotch, Kailey Batiste, Tashenevia Carter of Lafayette LA., grandmothers; Alberta Thibodeaux, Wilda Marshall and Emma Edwards of Lafayette LA., and grandfather; Floyd Taylor Sr. of Lafayette LA., along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Dwayne is preceded in death by his sister; Kaysha Felix, uncles; Garland Malbreaux and Floyd Taylor Jr., aunt Amanda Malbreaux, grandmother; Lorina Taylor, grandfather; Lionel Batiste, great-grandmother; Louella Thibodeaux and Olita Taylor and great-grandfather; Depton Taylor.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 7 to 9AM at Kinchen Funeral Home in Lafayette, LA.
Kinchen Funeral Home Inc., 1011 N. Saint Antoine Street, Lafayette LA., 70501 is in charge of arrangements.

We send our prayers out to each and every family member and friend of Dwayne and we offer our deepest heartfelt condolences to all of u and pray that u find peace in the midst of this storm it's unfortunate that this young man had to lose his life this way but let's pray that it open up many eyes of those friends he left behind and they change for the better and make their city greater for all those lil angels he left behind may his children be loved by all who knew him and told of all the great and proud moments in his life God Bless u all...
