SCOTT - Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 12, 2011 in the Delhomme Funeral Home of Scott for Gladys Clark, 92, who passed away on September 10, 2011 at 3:00 pm at The Regional Medical Center of Acadiana.

Reverend David Hebert, Associate Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, will conduct the funeral services. Interment will take place in St. Basil Cemetery.

Mrs. Clark, a resident of Duson, LA, was the daughter of the late Ambrose LeBlanc and the former Coloste Hebert both of Maurice, Louisiana. Mrs. Clark was a life long member of the Weavers and Spinners Guild. She received the National Master Artist award in textiles in Washington D.C.

She is survived by one son Presley Clark and wife Shirley of Judice LA; four grandchildren Terry Clark and wife Debbie, Kerwin Clark and wife Toni, Donna Trahan and husband Lynn, Traci Boudreaux and husband Pat; six great grandchildren Kerry, Jamie, Samara, Kimberly, Lauren and Lacey; six great great grandchildren Jonathan, Landon, Jaydon, Madison, Alex and Abigail; and two brothers Harold and Haywood LeBlanc.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Alexis "Blacko" Clark; two sisters Blackie Guidry and Eve Duhon; and four brothers Aldes, Lloyd, Melvin and Dalton.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home of Scott on Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 2:00pm until 10:00pm. A Rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Visitation will continue Monday from 8:00 am until time of services.

Pallbearers will be Terry Clark, Kerwin Clark, Lynn Trahan, Pat Boudreaux, Kerry Clark, Jamie Clark, Gerry Lasseigne and Christofer Howell.
