I always admired her singing at St. Theresas long before I met her personally. She and Judge Conque were two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Our friendship didn’t last long, but it was a great one while it did. I am glad to have had the privilege of meeting Rusti. My sympathy to Judge Conque and the family.

The world will be a little less bright without Rusti. She was a lovely and loving person with a deep devotion to her family, friends and God. I will always remember her soft and thoughtful voice when she had a thought provoking idea to put forth.
