Adrian Wories Obituary

Adrian Wories, age 75, was born on August 25, 1946, and passed away on November 12, 2021. He was born in Assen Drenthe, The Netherlands. Formally of Lansing, IL, and a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Adrian was a Viet Nam Navy Veteran, and graduate of University of Illinois-Chicago Campus in accounting, later becoming a CPA. He retired from CF Industries as Corporate Director of Procurement and Materials Control. Adrian was president of the CFLA Credit Union for many years. He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Joan Wories, daughter Laura Ann Raynes (Kevin), son James Adrian (Julia), 4 grandchildren, Adrian Wories, Abigail Raynes, John Campbell Wories, and Asalee Wories, 7 brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held in the near future. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook or leave a personal note to the family at www.resthavenbatonrouge.com.
