Alice Cortez Bossenmeyer, age 94 years, died on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. Native of New Orleans, resident of Metairie. Beloved wife of the late Rene C. Bossenmeyer, Sr. Mother of the late Rene C. Bossenmeyer, Jr. (Cheryl) and Iris B. Dloniak. Grandmother of Victor Bossenmeyer, Michele Henderson (Kenny), Robyn Bourgeois (Jay), Leslie Engeron and Stephanie Lassetter (Tim). Great Grandmother of Heather Duhon, Ashley Riddell (Logan), Brittany Henderson, Kayla Engeron, Jonathan Duhon, Daniel Bourgeois, Caroline Engeron and Leah Lassetter. Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Walker Cortez. Sister of the late Lucille C. Simoneaux, Willie and Whitney Cortez, Corinne Kellum, Zolia Crochet, Eva Cortez and Velma Foti. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Interment will take place privately at a later date.
