I knew something was wrong the minute you called me. Time difference. Tony, please accept our most sincere condolences from Belgium. What a great man your dad was and he will be missed! I am proud to have met him and thoroughly enjoyed speaking to him and your mother...en français, our common language and culture. I truly felt part of your family thanks to their ever friendly welcome. Because of y'all my stay in Louisiana will never be forgotten.
Once again we are deeply sorry for your loss. Au revoir, Monsieur Thibodeaux.

Tony, Mel, and Clay --
Please accept my deepest sorrow for the passing of your Dad. I am sure that he and your mom are reunited again and maybe even fixing some good boudin and cracklins up there for the good ole Cajun people!! Sorry I could not attend the services, but please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I want to extend to all the Thibodeaux family my sincere condolences at the passing of Mr. Thibodeaux. I knew Mr. Thibodeaux from the many years I attended church at St. Patrick's. I often would meet Mr & Mrs Thibodeaux after Mass and have a nice conversation. His daughter Melanie is married to my brother Francis and I want her and all the family to know that they will be in my prayers. I know that Mr. Thibodeaux is enjoying that place in Heaven that was prepared for him since the beginning of time and that he is walking with his Savior, Our Lord Jesus. Again, my prayers are for him and for all the family at this time of sadness in their lives. God Bless All of You.

I want to extend my sincere message of sadness to the family and especially to Melanie, my sister-in-law. I knew Mr. Thibodeau for many years through my attendance at St. Patrick's. He was a wonderful and kind man. We often would meet after Mass and talk about many things. I know that he is enjoying that place that was prepared for him since the beginning of time, and know that he is with his Savior, Our Lord Jesus. May God Bless and Keep everyone in his family. My prayers are for him and for all of you.

Dear Tony, Mell and Clay:
Your "Alabama family" is saddened to learn of your Dad's passing. He was such a blessing to all of us: helper, babysitter, cook and good friend. He now joins your Mom in the Eternal City where I'm sure they are making good gumbo together for the Lord Jesus and the angels. Our love and sympathy, Bob, Susan, John, Sherry and Christian Martin
