To the Wonderful Ribas Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Ribas's passing. Sometimes it takes a while for news to reach me here in California. I knew her as Maw-Maw for several years and she has always been in my heart. Her spirit and her kindness I will remember always. Although we have lost some amazing people in recent years, it is a comfort to know that they are together and keeping an eye on us down here. I have always appreciated the love I was shown while I was part of the wonderful Ribas clan. Thank you all.

Lulu, Cora, and Caye: I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. We live in Tennessee now, but I read the Advocate online. I'm sorry to say I did not know about your dad's passing. Your folks were wonderful people and the best neighbors in the world to my parents. They were so thankful to have them live next door. I remember the first time I met you kids in the old TG&Y on Nicholson Drive when I was still in college. My brothers and I are all thankful for your family. You are all in our prayers. May God bless you and yours.
