Our thoughts and prayers to the Favorite family and the Baton Rouge Delta Alumnae Chapter. The world was blessed to have such an amazing woman. While her work on this earth is over, she is now ready to receive her reward from our Lord. 2 Timothy reads, "For I am already being poured out as a drink offering and the time for my departure is close. I have fought the good fight, I have finished by course, I have kept the faith." Indeed Bounita has finished her race and did so with strength, intelligence, wisdom, and great character. Our continued prayers are for your strength, healing and blessings.

To my Uncle June, my Cousin Angie & Family,

We are saddened by the passing of our Aunt Bonita. I pray that the many happy memories of Bonita's life with all of you will, with time, overcome the sadness and pain that have accompanied you all as you journeyed these later years with Bonita. I know Bonita fought a brave battle down here but the Lord had more work for her with him. I am sure with Bonita's determination and commitment, she is busy planning as one of the Lord's newest angel. We all have great memories of my Aunt Bonita. I particularly remember those red lipstick kisses on my cheek that my Aunt Bonita gave so happily. I will miss those. She is greatly missed.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
God Bless you and be comforted with the love & support of family & friends.
