TO THE FAMILY OF MR.CARL,HE WAS SWEET AND VERY KIND MAN.I MEET MR.CARL WHEN HE WAS WORKING IN RAMAH FOR ATLAS CONSTRUCTION.MY DAD HAD A STORE WHERE THE COMPANY DID THEIR BUSINESS.HE WOULD ALWAYS COME IN HAPPY AND SMILING ALWAYS.EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN YEARS SINCE I HAVE SEEN HIM I ALWAYS THOUGHT OF HIM OFTEN.HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY ALL YOU KNEW HIM.MY HEART AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO HIS FAMILY.
