Cheryl Ann Lobell

1947 - 2021

Cheryl Ann Parent Lobell, a life-long resident of Duplessis, La passed away peacefully on Friday, October 8, 2021 at the age of 74 surrounded by her loving family. Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents Collins Parent and Catherine "Bit" Parent and her brothers Errol and Ronnie Parent. She is survived by her sister, Colleen Parent Little; her children Bryce Lobell (Sharon), Christy Lobell, Wendy Lee (Travis) and Michael Lobell (Samantha); her grandchildren Joshua Lobell, Jacob Lobell, Jordan Lobell, Kennedy Lobell, Hayden Lee and Ethan Lobell; and her former husband Teddy Lobell. Cheryl was a devout Catholic who will be remembered for her generous spirit and her loving heart. She enjoyed listening to the oldies, jitter bugging, and family vacations especially Disney World. Cheryl loved her plants and flowers. She was a Christmas fanatic and loved to give to others, but the most important thing to her was spending time with those she loved. Cheryl's most joyous moments were those times spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed dearly. May she now Rest in Peace in God's loving arms. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, La. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 8:30am until 10:30am. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 15208 Hwy 73, Prairieville, La. Burial will be at Hope Haven Garden of Memory Cemetery, Prairieville, La.
