Derrick Michael Bonvillain, age 27, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on October 8, 2021. Derrick was a kind-hearted, old soul that never met a stranger. He loved with all of his heart and always lived life to the fullest. Derrick loved spending time with his family and friends in the great outdoors. Derrick is survived by siblings, Kayla Bonvillain LeBlanc and husband Matthew LeBlanc, and Taylor Bonvillain; parents, Dayne "Chopper" and Linda Bonvillain; grandparents Geraldine Allemond, Arthur and Dorothy Keesing, Daniel and Peggy Bonvillain; niece Lexi LeBlanc and nephew Lucas LeBlanc. He is preceded in death by Allen Allemond Sr. Visiting hours will take place at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Tuesday October 12, 2021 from 10:00am until services at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Matthew LeBlanc, Dustin Boudreaux, Carson Jumonville, Sedrick Horton, Trey LaCour, and Justin Walker.
