Edith Heinrich Obituary

HEINRICH, EDITH A retired nurse and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died Monday, May 16, 2005, in Baton Rouge after a lengthy illness. She was 85 and a native of Germany. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 19, and after 1 p.m. Friday, May 20. Religious service at the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Matt Lorrain. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Christina Johnson and Melvin F. Stout; son and daughter-in-law, Heinz G. and Penny Litty; grandchildren, Silke Braud, Jacksonville, Fla., Kirsten Lappin, Baton Rouge, Christopher Johnson, Denham Springs, and Randall Litty and Stephen Litty, both of Baton Rouge; and great-grandchildren, Ashley Lappin, Stefan Valentine, Haley Valentine, Ashlyn Litty, Tiffany M. Babin Johnson, Rowen E. Johnson, Chase Perkins, Madelyn Mullins, Mallory Mullins and Jacob Akers, all of Baton Rouge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gotthard Heinrich; mother, Frieda Hannemann; father, Willi Hannemann; a sister and two brothers.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by myself and all who knew her.
