Isaac "Ike" "Madaddy" Morrison

Morrison, Isaac "Ike" "Madaddy" A resident of St. Francisville and a native of Tunica, he was born May 9, 1919, and died Friday, Aug. 4, 2006, at age 87. Visiting at St. Francisville Funeral Home on Friday, Aug. 11, was from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Religious service at New St. John Baptist Church, St. Francisville, on Saturday, Aug. 12, at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Robert Combs Jr. Interment in the church cemetery. He is survived by nine daughters, Lybertha Miles, Viola Morrison, Eddie Mae Brown, Dorothy M. Pool, Alberta White, Genevieve Morrison, Bertha M. Hollins, Gail Price and Katie Morrison; five sons, Jessie Morrison, William Morrison, Edward Morrison, Oran Morrison and Bertrand Morrison; two sisters, Nettie Brown, and twin sister Josephine Gaines; 26 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elnora Morrison; parents, Elijah and Estella Morrison; a sister, Louise Hulbert; and seven brothers, Lynn, Eastor, Jessie, Willie, Evan, Oran and Earnest Morrison. Pallbearers will be Jerell Morrison, Desmond Brown, Brandon Brown, Edward Griffin, Craig White and Anthony Robinson. Honorary pallbearers are Jessie Morrison, William Morrison, Edward Morrison, Oran Morrison and Bertrand Morrison.
