Although I havent known him very long everyone at Waffle House on Siegan ln became to know him as a early morning smiling face he was a regular and loyal customer and he will truly be missed thank you for the smiles and laughter each morning you will be missed and sencere wishes go out to the family from myself and the WAFFLE HOUSE FAMILY.!

Debra, Ruby and the entire Brekeen family. We only found out today before curch service that Brother Brekeen had passed. I first met Brother Brekeen 21 years ago when John and I first married. He always met us with a smile, handshake and a hug. He loved and served the Lord each and every day. His presence will be missed, I can hear him saying "Rejoyce for I am with our Lord, Weep not tears for my passing but only tears of joy for me being home with our savior, for someday we will be together once again". The heart burns bright when it is led by the hand of the Lord. Put yourselves in his hands and he will lead you through the darkest of days and nights.

I remember him walking back and forth on the stage on Oswego street leading song service.. What a great worship leader!!!!! He is having a GREAT TIME IN HEAVEN NOW..... He was a Blessing...

Brother Brekeen and Sister Ruby have blessed us over and over again. Heaven rejoices but we mourn. Our love and prayers is extended to the family. He will be deeply missed.
