Dear Family,
I worked with Reggie when I first started with State Police 23 years ago. He was a kind and patient man. I really enjoyed working with him. He always had a smile on his face. I am so sorry for your loss.

Kathy I am so sorry for your loss. It just does not seem possible that the good looking young Lieutenant I knew at Ft. Polk and for years since is gone. May God give you his peace at this time.

Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our fondest memory of Reggie is your wedding reception when the champagne bottle cork flew and hit Reggie in the eye. When he went back to work after you got married he had a black eye and had some explaining to do. Everyone laughed. You are in my thoughts during this time.

Dear Fleming Family,
What a kind man and patriot... I only visited with him a few times but knowing Pam as I do, I am sure of what an amazing father and family man he was. Please know I am praying for God's grace and strength and peace for you all during this difficult time...
But I know the kingdom of Heaven must be rejoicing to see his smiling face. May God bless and keep you all.
