Rhonda Lee Berthelot "Lee Lee" Cazes

1958 - 2023

Rhonda Lee "Lee Lee" Berthelot Cazes, joins her eternal soulmate of 40 years, Jewel Paul "Julio" Cazes, in heaven just 4 months after he passed. She passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, at the age of 65. She was a native and lifelong resident of Brusly. Rhonda was a school bus driver in WBR Parish in the 90's. Then went on to PTS Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Support Analyst and retired after 24 years. Per her wishes, Rhonda was cremated. A visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Port Allen on Saturday, December 16th, from 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m., celebrated by Rev. Phil Spano, with Pastor Tom Shepard giving a eulogy. Entombment will follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Mausoleum in Brusly. Rhonda is survived by two daughters, Lindsey Cazes Aucoin and husband Jonathan of Springfield and Ashleigh Cazes Butler and husband Maurice "Meaux" of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren, Adelie Grace Aucoin, Amelia Jewel Aucoin, Cecil "CJ" Lawrence Jenkins III, Elise Katharine Latiolais and Jase Paul Latiolais; mother, Mary Katherine Vadnais Berthelot; siblings, Virginia "Ginny" Guillot, Mary Louise "Weeze" Pascoe and husband Roy, Candace "KK" Hymel, Danette "Tut" Dupont and husband Willis "Billy", Lolita "Leeta" Chatelain and husband Craig, Richard "Rick" Barbier and wife Stacy; a multitude of nieces and nephews. Rhonda was preceded in death by her husband, Jewel Paul "Julio" Cazes; father, Louis "LJ" Berthelot, Sr.; sibling, Louis "Boogie" Berthelot, Jr.; brothers-in-law, James "Jimmy" Guillot and Gerard "Gerald" Hymel.
