Richard Hennessy Obituary

On August 26, 2021, Richard Joseph Hennessy, beloved father and Papa, passed away in Baton Rouge at the age of 65. Rick was born in Dorchester, MA to the late Robert and Evelyn (Kelly) Hennessy of Quincy, MA, later marrying Nanci (Watson) in 1979. Rick mastered his craft of painting and restoration while running a successful business in Baton Rouge for 35 years. A lover of food, music, friends and Yellowstone, he was truly an original that could always put a smile on anyone's face. Rick was the most proud of his children. He is survived by Kelly, Stacy, Ricky Jr., Danny, grandchildren Ava, Aubreigh, Rowan, dogs Cedes and Sam, brothers Robert, Ronald (deceased), James, Joseph. www.sealefuneral.com

I loved ricky. He was one of the older kids when 1 or 2 years made a difference. He was always nice to me and everyone for that fact, and he cared. When he talked with you he cared. And funny he was such fun. And lets not forget handsome. He was never snobby about how handsome he was.
Ricky was genuine and im really proud to call him my friend.
So sorry for your loss but boy did he love his family.
