Victor was one of my medical students at Charity Hospital in New Orleans when I was a first year resident.
Although I don't remember the other medical students that were with Victor, I have never forgotten Victor because his unforgettable honesty and integrity stood out.
Victor was a giving person in all aspects of his life and that certainly included his care of his patients.
I also remember that he and Janis loved our favorite artist, Edna Hibel.
Victor is in a far better place where maladies don't exist and where he is taking care of his family from above.
