Sidney Dan Couch, 87, passed this life at home surrounded by his loving family on January 2, 2021 in Antlers. He was born December 22, 1933 to Opal Lee and Thelma Louella (Neal) Couch in Miller. Sid married Rosie Lee Felihkatubbee January 9, 1954 in Hugo. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for several years before becoming self employed. Sid enjoyed roping. He is preceded in death by his parents: Opal Lee and Thelma Louella Couch; son: Mitchell Couch; son-in-law: Robert Jenner; and siblings: O'Dell McKerley, Harold Don Couch, and Boyce Couch. Sid is survived by his loving wife: Rosie Lee Couch of the home; children: Michael Don Couch, Lynn G. Morris and husband Jerry, Terri Ellison and husband Lee, Lisa Harmon and significant other David Lutes, and Dana Jenner, all of Oklahoma City; brothers: Glen Felihkatubbee of Hugo, Billy Maxey of Dallas, TX, and Carole Martin of Antlers; grandchildren: Ryan Hurd and Amber Couch of Everett, WA, Taylor Bryant and husband Brandon of Ft. Worth, TX, Shelby Lamb and husband Allan of Geilenchurkin, Germany, Isiah Bowen, Draydon Moore, and Kingston Moore of Everett, Washington, and Sydney Jenner and Alex Jenner of Oklahoma City; and great-grandchildren: Harper Bryant and Reagan Bryant of Fort Worth, TX, and Hadley Lamb of Geilenchurkin, Germany. Services for Sid will be held on Friday, January 8, 2020 at 2PM at the First Baptist Church of Antlers. Interment will follow at Darwin Cemetery. Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service.
