Beverly Carl Voron

1943 - 2026

Martinez, GA – Entered into rest on Friday, March 27, 2026, Beverly Carl Voron, 83, wife of the late Michael A. Voron.

Beverly was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who loved to cook and had a long career in food service for nearly 60 years. A dietician, she worked at Quincy United Methodist Home for more than half her career. She enjoyed baking and decorating cakes and served many organizations by donating time, talents and resources. She also enjoyed national bowling tournaments, coordinating national bus trips with friends, and collecting Longaberger baskets. She loved decorating her home with flowers and hummingbirds for every holiday throughout the year. She coordinated family gatherings with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and most recently, taking cruises with her family.

Family members include her sons: Randal A. Gossert (Margaret) and Ricky M. Gossert (Kathy); daughter: Dawn R. Gossert; stepchildren: Toby Voron and Jason Voron; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Mary Carl; husband: Michael A. Voron; and sons: Roger E. Gossert and Rodney W. Gossert.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Providence Baptist Church with Dr. Don Prosser officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Providence Baptist Church, 3850 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909.
