Jason Lemons Obituary

Jason Nathanial Lemons was born on May 10th, 1982 in West Point, New York, the 4th child of Michael and Sherry Lemons. He passed away surrounded by family on January 6th, 2023.

He met the love of his life, Chelsey Carr, in 2002 and they were united in marriage on June 10th, 2011. They have one daughter Ariana Sophia Lemons who was the light of his life.

Jason was an amazing husband, father, son, and brother. He had a quick wit and an easy smile, and even though he could appear so tough he was really a big softie who loved with his whole heart. Jason was an avid gun collector who loved to cook his famous midnight chicken for his friends and family. He loved to play poker, claimed to be part-Viking, and took great pride in his beard. But Jason's greatest joy was being a father to his one-year-old daughter Ariana. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Jason is survived by his wife, Chelsey (Carr) Lemons and daughter, Ariana; parents, Michael and Sherry Lemons; one brother, Gregory Lemons, his wife Megan and their daughters Alyssa, Brooklyn and Nora; three sisters, Suzanne (Lemons) Norling, her husband, Terry, their son Myke and daughter Tessa; Kristine (Lemons) Nix, her husband, Delton, their sons, Jeremy, his wife Mel and Ben and their daughter, Morgan and Natalie (Lemons) Thigpen, her husband, Thomas and their children Tucker, Maxwell, and Mabel.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Grace Baptist Church 4945 Hardy McManus Rd. Evans, GA 30809. Family will receive guests one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jason's honor to the CSRA Humane Society. Florists, all flowers are to be delivered directly to Grace Baptist Church.

Our condolences to the Lemons family.
Jason was a great postal carrier for us, and was such a friendly guy.

He always had his audio books playing, and waved hello. We miss our favorite mailman.
Rest In Peace.

So sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to Mike and Sherry. I am sorry I missed any services; however a friend of almost 50 years was having services at same time. I will continue to lift you up in prayer.
