Helen M. Walsh 86 of Shady Side Maryland passed away peacefully, after a long illness, on Tuesday March 10, 2026. She was born on June 25, 1939 in Washington DC.
Helen was a devout Catholic and dedicated to her family and friends. She worked for the Federal Government as an Administrative Assistant for 45 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Helen Elisabeth and David James, her son Ron Walsh, and her siblings Eleanor, David Jerome, John, and Joan. She is survived by her brother Joseph and sister-in-law Ruth Walsh, and by Ron’s partner Samantha Metta and her son Tim Metta; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
