M. Joan Ray Obituary
Mrs. Ray is survived by her children, Kim (Ken) Noppenberger of Catonsville, MD; Kelley Ray of Parkville, MD; Michael (Suzanne) Ray of Bel Air, MD; and Jennifer (Jeff) Fisher of Charles Town, WV; grandchildren Kerri (Mike) Keenan, Catherine (Bernard) Adeshoga, Emily (Micah) Harrison, Sarah (Steven) Ray, Carmelo (Cynthia) Ray, Beatrice (Eric) White, David (Amanda) Ray, John (Vera) Noppenberger, Megan (Ryan) Ray, Bridget (Devin) Aventurine, and eleven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother John "Jack" Kellermann of Ellicott City, MD.
A Mass of Celebration will be held on February 8, 11 am, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 5401 Loch Raven Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21239.

Ms. Joan was one of many beloved neighborhood moms. She was friendly and welcoming. You always seem to remember where you grew up and Ms. Joan is a part of those cherished memories.

we were lucky enough to know the Ray family for at least 50 years. Jack from the Irishman's Chorale. Joan was one of the nicest persons I have ever met. She was funny and thoughtful l. She and I always had a laugh every time I called the house! On Dec 10, 24 I was glad to see and speak with her at the luncheon and she appeared to be in fine health and spirits. I am sure that Jack and the other singers who have passed, welcomed Joan into heaver with a chorus sang by them and God's angels. God Bless.

Joan will be greatly missed by the members of the Irishman's Chorale who enjoyed her smiles, laughter and support. May Our Lady of Knock welcome Joan to her heavenly reward.

loved Aunt Joan since the first time I met her when i became engaged to her nephew John almost 45 years ago.My 3adult kids will miss her too. .She was a devoted wife,mother:grandmother and great grandmother,funny,loved all family /friends and always respected the accomplishments of all. I will miss her laugh.

I met Joan at a Hillendale Improvement Association community meeting, we´re on some committees and we also belonged to the same church. She was kind, humorous and we laughed a lot.
