Norma Lucille “Sister” Clark passed away on December 21st, 2024, 1:30 AM at Baltimore Washington Medical Center Hospital. Born a witch on Halloween night, October 31, 1957 to her adoring parents Frank Clark and Norma Lee Clark. She was a graduate of Du Val Senior High School, and has her Bachelors and more degrees than her family can count from University of Maryland. While Sister had many jobs, she found her true home at WSSC where she worked IT in the computer room, I’m told she was known for her penchant for solving problems there as well as being perpetually cold in the computer room. Sister always had a knack for crafting; which took the form of a 4H club as she was young; and the form of quilting in her later years. We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the good friends she gained through quilting, which took her on adventures through the country. She had an adventurous heart and loved to travel. She also had a soft spot for wildlife, and loved exploring the ocean as a scuba diver-she held her training certification as well as her deep-diving license.
She is survived by her brothers and their wives, Frank and Sue Clark, and Daniel and Katie Clark. As well as her Nieces and Nephew, Crystal Clark, Jessica Metz, Jake Clark, Amelia Clark and, Chloe Clark. She is also survived by many, many loving friends, her three cats Ellie, Lilly and Mittens, as well as her birds Birdie and Pippy.
