Ellen Pumphrey Corridon Obituary
Ellen "Robin" Pumphrey Corridon, 79, of St. Simons Island, died on Nov. 26, 2025.
She grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and lived most of her life in Potomac and Rockville before retiring to Jacksonville.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel R. Corridon; her mother, Ellen Christie; and her father, Robert A. Pumphrey.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Nelson Malone; and her loving son-in-law, William Henry Malone; as well as grandsons, Gregory Scott Malone (Kelli Thompson) and John Andrew Malone (Melissa Burger); and six great-grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, Danielle, Liam, Sean and Logan.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at the historic Faith Chapel, on Jekyll Island.
