I first met Ellen when she was employed at Tramici. She greeted me with such warmth, making me feel so welcomed in St. Simons; we immediately connected. A striking woman with a magnetic personality, Ellen, as far as I was concerned, was royalty. We became friends over the years, and she even wrote to me in Texas. I looked forward to seeing Ellen whenever I visited St. Simons. After she retired from Tramici, I was unable to find her, despite my search. I will never forget her. May you rest in peace, dear lady.

Ellen lived across the street from my mother on Broadway Street for years. She was so kind and attentive to my mother, Ms. Nadine. I´m sure they are both in heaven now having a good laugh and catching up on the latest Broadway news.

Ellen was a fantastic person and had a wonderful heart. I knew her when I lived on SSI in the 80s. I have so many good memories of her from that time. I ran into her occasionally in subsequent visits to the island and she always had a big smile and a hug for me. My sympathies go out to her family friends.

Ellen was so dear to me . We lived together and every morning she would say " Good morning Sunshine!" She was so loved and her sweet loving nature was incredible. I will forever love her and pray for the family. Ellen I miss you . God Speed
