Lorraine Karwacki Obituary
Lorraine N. Karwacki, 90, of Darien, passed away on April 20, 2025. She was born on Dec. 25, 1934, to the late James and Victoria Nadolny in Baltimore.
A devoted wife, adoring mother and friend to all, Lorraine's memory will be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Alvin A. Karwacki; her parents, James and Victoria Nadolny; brothers, Stanley, Joseph and Edward; sisters, Agnes, Stella, Dorothy, Francis and Jeanette; as well as her granddaughter, Jessica Karwacki.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Meros; sons, David and James Karwacki; eight grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Nativity of Our Lady Catholic Church, in Darien, followed by a luncheon for friends and family. A private inurnment will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lorraine's memory to Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525.
