Bob Ogburn is one of pool's unsung heroes. He could play all games in pocket billiards, not a one-trick pony, and whether it was a tournament match or a challenge game, Bob never hesitated to step up to the plate. He is one of the last warriors who traveled the country during pool's golden era. On and off the table, he was fun and a friend to all who had the good fortune to know him. He will be missed but never, ever forgotten. Bob Ogburn is a champion in more ways than one. You will be missed, Bob, Save me a place on the rail.

I'm happy to say I enjoyed so many different experiences with Bob especially traveling different places for him to play pool. This an awesome beautiful spirit I will always love and miss you Bob! I'm glad I got to talking laugh with you. So much love you will be missed! Carly
