Betsy Spragins Gillaspy-Williams, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away on Nov. 4, 2025. She was born Feb. 4, 1939, in San Antonio, Texas, to James and Jean Spragins. Betsy graduated from Little Rock Central High and Arkansas College. She taught elementary school for over 25 years. She is survived by three children, Betsy, Art and Stephen; five grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and her brother, Jimmy. Services will be held on Dec. 6, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Conway.
