Connie Arnett, 89, currently of Brookdale Assisted Living in Conway, passed quietly on the morning of Nov. 24, 2025.
Connie was born on Jan. 22, 1936, to the parents of Ed and Isabel Bryant at their home in Owl Den Hollow, Rabbit Ridge Area, and is the last of the 6 children.
She is survived by her son, Steven Mark "Stevie" Jordan (Donna) of Bee Branch, and her nephew, Harold Bryant, and niece, Jan Neil, who saw after her care. She had a host of nephews and nieces she leaves behind. Her step children, Jerry Arnett of Conway, Scott Arnett of Utah and Karen Arnett of Conway.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Billy F. Arnett, and daughter, Debra Rogers. Two step children, Johnny and Linda Arnett.
Connie was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. She loved to garden and preserve what she grew. She always had a beautiful home and food on the table. She enjoyed the bingo, visiting and crafts that Brookdale had to offer, but if you came to see her, those things could wait as she loved to visit.
Her pallbearers are Ralph Bryant, Mike Bryant, Eddie Bryant, Bruce Bryant, Brian Bryant and Zach Bryant.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Neil, Jerry Arnett, Scott Arnett and Beau Bryant.
Services will be on Friday Nov. 28, 2025, at Roller McNutt in Clinton, Arkansas, with Family Hour beginning at 1 p.m. and funeral services at 2 p.m. Internment will be at Halbrook Cemetery North of Center Ridge.
