Connie was survived by her daughters, Barbie Henry (David) of Little Rock and Beverly Arnold (Richie) of Conway; her grandchildren, Patrick Henry, Kirsten Fredrich (Ted), Christopher Henry of Little Rock and Dustin Arnold, Catherine Arnold and Natalie Arnold (Russel Shanahan) of Conway; her six great-grandchildren, William Carlton, Collin Carlton, Sawyer Fredrich, Andrew Fredrich, Scout Henry and Fallyn Henry; her siblings, Vivian Pope of Mineral Springs, Arkansas, Johnnie Owens of Longview, Texas, Marjorie Hopper (Bill) of Alpine, Texas, Annette St. Louis of New Boston, Texas, and Janie Sartin (Richard) of Longview, Texas; and her devoted caregivers Rennie (Tinker) Rollans and Glenda Baker. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lloyd Thomas Westbrook; her parents, Neal Shirley Jones and Mamie Lorene Copeland Jones; her brother, Sonny Jones; her sister, Ginny Miller; and granddaughter Candice Henry.

Connie was born on March 20, 1935, in Nashville, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas High School in Fayetteville in 1953. She received her bachelor's degree in consumer science and home economics with a minor in biology from Arkansas State Teachers College in 1970, later earning a master's degree in administration with a 4.0, accumulating 40 hours above the requirement. Connie was a lifelong educator who started her career in 1970 at Old Main in North Little Rock teaching home economics. Three years later, she settled at Conway High School, teaching home economics for 10 more years before being promoted to the dean of women, where she proudly spent the next 20+ years fulfilling her passion for education until retirement in 2004.

Connie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother known for her kindness, quiet strength and unwavering support for her family and friends. She and her husband Lloyd were married on Aug. 28, 1952, and spent 64 loving years together building a life centered around family, faith and community. Together they owned and operated Con-L-Ranch where they raised beef cattle and were proud members of the Friendship community since 1974. In addition to enjoying time at the farm and being outdoors, she had a love for gardening, sewing and spending time with loved ones, in particular, hosting Sunday family dinners and events at the farm. Connie was a member of First Baptist Church for over 60 years and participated in the Ladies' Alathean Class where she made many lifelong friends. She was also part of the Junior Progressives where she served as president for many years. Her legacy continues through the Connie Westbrook Scholarship at the University of Central Arkansas, established in her honor to support full-time students majoring in nutrition and family sciences, as well as the Lloyd and Connie Westbrook Endowment Fund at Central Baptist College.

Funeral services were held on March 25, 2026, with Dr. Dale Wicker officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Patrick Henry, Dustin Arnold, Christopher Henry, Russel Shanahan, Bart Owens Jr. and Ricky Jones. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Lloyd and Connie Endowment Fund at Central Baptist College, the Connie Westbrook Scholarship at The University of Central Arkansas or Faulkner County 4-H Foundation.
