Juanita Mae Bryant, 82, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on Jan. 21, 2022. She was born in Damascus, Arkansas, Dec. 18, 1939, to Beecher Doyle and Macelee Jones Quattlebaum. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Oleta Faye MeGee.
She married Jim Bryant in June of 1960 and together they raised two daughters on their farm. Juanita was a Supervisor at Baldwin Piano, and also was a Cosmetologist. She was an avid golfer and known for her apple pies. A Christian, Juanita was a member of First Baptist Church, Damascus.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Denise Benight (Mark), Pam Nacke (Tim); grandson, William Benight; nephew, Steve MeGee (Missy); nieces, Angela Triplett, and Jill Bryant; great-nieces, Lindsey Holtzclaw, Megan Clotter and Sarah MeGee; foreign exchange grandsons, Takhir Ismailov and Bo Sing Ng.
The family would like to thank the Hospice Home Care team, especially Jessica, Nalea, and Zoe, for their tender love and care given over the past year.
Viewing will be at Greenbrier Roller McNutt Funeral Home Tuesday, Jan. 25, 10 a.m to 8 p.m., with graveside services held Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. at Spires Cemetery in Damascus with Bro. Freddie Mark Wilcox and Bro. Daniel Williams officiating.
