Phyllis Glover Obituary
She was born on Feb. 20, 1931 in Guy to the late James Lee and Julie Florence Brawley.
Phyllis graduated from Guy Perkins High School and then spent 63 wonderful years with her loving husband, J.W. "Dub" Glover, spending much of their time together gardening, enjoying sunny days and watching the clouds go by. She also enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and sewing. Phyllis was a member of Damascus First Baptist Church.
She is also survived by her five children, Brenda (Donald) Barber of North Little Rock, Bobby (Karen) Glover of North Little Rock, Arlene (Bo) Leslie of Bee Branch, Ark. Patricia "Tish" Glover of Mayflower, and Regina (Kurt) Lehigh of Maumelle, Ark.; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. Phyllis is also preceded in death by her brother, J. L. Brawley.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with burial to follow at Copperas Springs Cemetery in Guy.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday evening.
