Wanda Seymour Duncan Obituary

Wanda Lee Seymour Duncan of Santa Barbara, California passed away at the age of 92 on Saturday, December 5, 2015.
She was born October 24, 1923 in Murphysboro, Illinois to the late Peter Velda McCoy and Ina May (Alheim) McCoy.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifton John Seymour and by her second husband Kenneth Duncan; sister, Dolores Gordon; and brother, Leon McCoy.
Wanda worked as an executive assistant for Superior Court Judge James Slater and also in the office of District Attorney Tom Snedden. She was active in her church (First Presbyterian Church Goleta, California) and also did volunteer work for the Assistance League of Santa Barbara. She was also an excellent and avid bridge player. Wanda had traveled around the world visiting Europe, Asia, and Canada. She loved her home and friends in Santa Barbara and upon moving to Conway, Arkansas in 2012 she missed them greatly.
Wanda is survived by her five children, Alyce Dawes of Bend, Oregon; John Seymour of Dillon, Montana; Diane Seymour of Eldorado Hills, California; Ron Seymour of Conway, Arkansas; Judi Whitaker of Lincoln, Nebraska and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The Neptune Society is handling the funeral arrangements in Santa Barbara, California.
