Roberto "Bobby" Pascual
Salinas - Roberto "Bobby" Pascual, a retired USAF and Registered Nurse passed away peacefully at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital on June 15, 2021.
Bobby was born on March 27, 1949 in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte Philippines. He attended the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines and Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He served 20 years in the USAF and worked in the ER at both Natividad Medical Center and Salinas Valley Medical Center. He then went on to work at CTF in Soledad where he retired in 2016.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 47 years Harlean Mariano Pascual; his 2 sons BJ (Mindi) Pascual, and Treb (Nicole) Pascual; 5 grandchildren Mia, Tristan, Britton, TJ, and Leila; sisters Elaine (Jun) Pinque, Meldy Pascual, and Jane Pascual; brothers and sisters in law; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Bobby enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing tennis. He was very proud of the fruit trees in his backyard. Family was very important to him. He would look forward to celebrating birthdays, graduations, and most importantly the annual New Year's Eve Family Reunion which he hosted in his house for over the last 20 years.
Bobby was devoted to God, his childhood sweetheart/wife Harlean, his family, and his Beta Sigma Fraternity. He was a loving, dedicated, and caring husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend. We will miss him greatly and mourn his passing. We will cherish him forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be at 11am-2pm, July 1, 2021 at Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel, 41 West San Luis Street, Salinas, CA 93901.
Private viewing for family only will be at 3pm-4pm.
Burial will be at 11am, July 2, 2021 at Central Coast Veterans Cemetery, 2900 Parker Flats Cut Off Road, Seaside, CA 93955. There will be no funeral mass nor procession.
