Ruthann L. Savitz
Ruthann L. Savitz, 82, of Salinas, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011. She was born August 27, 1929, in Portland, OR.
Ruthann was a homemaker.
She was a member of Temple Beth El.
Ruthann was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth; father, Robert and brother, Jerome.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Stanley Savitz of Salinas; son, James B. (Diane) Savitz of Northridge; granddaughters, Jennifer D. Savitz of Berkeley and Rebecca Ariel Savitz of Northridge; sister-in-law, Selma H. Kamon and brother-in-law, Ralph Kamon, both of Los Angeles.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 15, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at the Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis St., Salinas, CA 93901.
Burial will be at Salem Memorial Park, Colma.
Arrangements by Struve and Laporte Chapel.
