Victor Gonzalez, Jr.
Victor Gonzalez, Jr., native and lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away peacefully, with family by his side Monday, September 17, 2012, in Salinas. He was born December 12, 1971.
Victor was a very family-oriented person and had a passion for his low rider truck, "Jealousy", in which he had vested many hours caring for it. He was associated with "The Nokturnal Car Club" and was an avid Raiders fan. Victor was a man at heart, with great loyalty. He was a unique man that touched many hearts and will be truly missed.
He is survived by his companion, Gracie; parents, Victor and Arlene Gonzalez of Salinas; sons, Elijah Josiah; step-son, Jacob Marcus; daughters, Gabrielle, Syemira, Syevina and Syeveah; step-daughter, Destiny; sister, Sheila; grandchildren, Jayden and Zaniyah; brothers, Jacob and Josh; nephew, Ethan; and sisters-in-law, Melissa and Andrea also survive.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 1 to 9 p.m., with a Rosary Recital at 7 p.m., all at Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Road, Salinas, CA 93905.
A Funeral Mass will take place Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10 a.m., at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 240 Calle Cebu, Salinas, CA 93901.
